Our services include Graphic Design, UI/UX, Mobile App Design, Web Development, App Development, Software Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Each project may include a separate agreement with scope, timelines, and deliverables.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services or these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Clients must provide accurate details, content, and assets. Misuse—including intellectual property violations, malware distribution, or fraud—is prohibited.

Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements. Deliverables (design files, code, marketing reports) are transferred only after full payment.

Pre-existing tools, trademarks, and content remain our property. Final deliverables created for a client become theirs upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (business losses, downtime, reputational harm) resulting from service use or unavailability.

Certain services may depend on third-party APIs, hosting, or marketing platforms. We are not responsible for outages, issues, or limitations caused by these providers.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our digital services — including Design, Development, and Marketing — refunds are handled under specific conditions:

• Refunds are not applicable once a project has been started or initial concepts have been delivered.
• If no work has been initiated within 7 days of payment due to our internal delays, a full refund may be issued upon request.
• Refunds are not provided for completed or delivered design files, websites, applications, or marketing campaigns.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@prismasoft.co.uk with a valid reason for review.
